Cluely Raises $15M Series A Led by a16z for “Cheat-on-Everything” AI Assistant

Cluely, a San Francisco–based startup offering an AI “cheat assistant” for interviews, exams, and calls, has closed a $15 million Series A round led by Andreessen Horowitz at a $120 million valuation. Founded by Columbia dropouts Roy Lee and Neel Shanmugam, Cluely remains profitable and aims to scale its provocative marketing to reach 1 billion views. Despite ethical concerns, the startup is set to hire 50 TikTok-savvy "growth interns" for global outreach.
